Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), it is currently not economically feasible for us or for many other online retailers to ship packages to private individuals in various EU countries. We can currently only fulfill orders for private customers outside Germany if the customer arranges for a parcel service to collect the shipment.
We can continue to supply commercial businesses that do not dispose of waste via household refuse systems.
